Celebrate Summer with us at The Botanica Vaucluse

Our food and drinks celebrate all that is fresh, produce driven and seasonal – this Summer, there is an abundance of light seafood, citrus and fresh vegetables on offer. Including octopus, kingfish, snapper, zucchini flowers, lemon and mint.

Executive Chef Perry Hill has created some deliciously refreshing dishes using organic produce from our very own kitchen garden, our Jamberoo Valley Farm and spectacular Aussie producers.
