Farewell to Winter Dinner

For one night only, join us for a deluxe 6 course degustation dinner and bid farewell to winter in style.

Our menu is constantly evolving and our chefs are committed to using produce from local growers and farmers, celebrating what’s in season and at it’s best. The kitchen garden flourishes with some of the deliciously fresh ingredients you’ll find on your plate, and as the seasons change so does our garden.

This menu has been created to highlight the best of winter, our standout dishes, and to bid the season farewell as we quickly approach spring.

Enhance your experience by adding our paired wines, honouring Australia and our Australian wine makers, showcasing the different styles that our countries terroir can produce, and matched perfectly to each dish by our wine team.

Join us on a walk through winter.
