The taste of Autumn on a plate
This Autumn, Executive Chef Perry Hill is creating some delicious new dishes and we can’t wait to try every single one! Using organic produce from our very own kitchen garden, our Jamberoo Valley Farm and spectacular Aussie producers and suppliers – we are serving-up some seriously good food.
As the weather starts to cool down, we naturally move towards comfort foods that will keep us warm from the inside-out.
A delightful selection of local seafood and vegetables is abundant this season. Think green apples, heirloom carrots, goats cheese, king fish & wagyu beef.
