The Botanica Vaucluse invites guests to an intimate evening of seasonal dining and curated wine pairings in collaboration with Margan Wines & Restaurant.

Rooted in a shared farm-to-table philosophy, both Margan and The Botanica celebrate thoughtful sourcing, hyper-seasonal ingredients and a deep connection to the land. Much of Margan’s produce is grown directly on their Hunter Valley estate, with a focus on sustainability, minimal intervention and wines that reflect both place and season.

For one night only, guests will experience a specially curated four-course menu paired with matching Margan wines, designed by The Botanica’s culinary team to showcase refined flavours, elegant technique and produce at its peak.

Set amongst Botanica’s lush garden surrounds, the evening promises candlelit tables, flowing wine and a beautifully relaxed dining experience.
