Our Sunday lunch menu is seasonal, sharing-style and crafted by chefs with decades of fine dining experience — trained in kitchens including Quay and Bentley. Every dish is 100% gluten-free and made from locally sourced produce, with select ingredients grown in our on-site Vaucluse garden.
