Located just two hours south of Sydney, nestled into the Jamberoo Valley set back from the South Coast of NSW.
A former permaculture education centre, the farm uses fully organic farming methods for an ecologically rich polyculture farm with mixed fruit and vegetable market gardens, pasture raised, grass fed cattle and pasture raised, free range chickens.
Our philosophies value biodiversity and ecological balance, strive to leave land in a better condition than when we found it, value animal welfare and ethical practices, and provide educational opportunities around sustainable and organic food processes.
We advocate for education and transparency of methods allowing the public to gain a better understanding of our processes through our farm stays.
Executive Chef, Perry Hill, spends a great deal of time on the farm overseeing the farming practices and building his relationship with the farmers ensuring that together we produce the best menus for both our guests and our environment.
