Warm your soul this Winter at The Botanica Vaucluse

As the weather starts to cool, there’s nothing better than a warming meal in a majestic restaurant nestled away from the hustle and the bustle. Especially when it’s perfectly paired with a glass (or two) of wine!

This Winter, Executive Chef Perry Hill is creating some deliciously hearty dishes using seasonal organic produce from our very own kitchen garden, our Jamberoo Valley Farm and spectacular Aussie producers.
